Volunteers

The Lutheran Thrift Store needs volunteers to work in the store. Ellie Barber, the store manager, welcomes applications from prospective volunteers. Typically, volunteers work from four to eight hours a week and choose their own shifts, for example, from 9-12 or 12-4.

Volunteer staff range in age from 12 to 85 years old! Our current volunteers include people from many Tucson area congregations representing the following Christian denominations: Lutheran, Baptist, Roman Catholic, and Methodist. However, we are open to welcoming volunteers who are eager to serve in this ministry.
